While going through YouTube in search of great videos to support my posts, I came across this video from an Australian TV channel. The video explores the little known about (in the west or anywhere outside Sri Lanka), or yet to be discovered Sri Lankan food.

We all know and love Chinese or Indian or Italian or the more exotic Thai or Malaysian cuisines, but few of us have probably ever come across Sri Lankan, unless we knew a Sri Lankan or we went to Sri Lanka.

This particular video goes through the ins and out of the ingredients used in almost all Sri Lankan dishes, and explains a few of the best known and loved dishes back home.
